When a purchase request is accepted, the buyer’s card is charged immediately, and the sale is finalized. Sellers should deliver tickets promptly based on the "Ready to Deliver" date the seller selected when creating their listing.
List the tickets. The event will clearly label the event as an Integrated Event and when creating the listing, the original order number or barcode id number will be required to import the tickets to CashorTrade
Once a buyer makes a request and that request is accepted, the tickets imported will automatically be delivered to the buyer within CashorTrade. (Physically meeting up, digitally transferring the tickets, or mailing a wristband is not required as the tickets will be re-issued to the buyer)
Depending on the Primary Ticketing company, the tickets may be reissued right inside of the CashorTrade mobile app or the buyer's name will be arranged for a Will Call pick up. Clear indication will be visible from the listing.
The buyer should render (or view) the tickets prior to arrival. This downloads the tickets to the device, so even without service or signal, the tickets will be accessible.
From the listing the tickets were purchased from, the tickets received can be re-sold or transferred to a friend (if applicable) using the '...' button on the listing.
Note: There are always added risks when meeting in person to deliver tickets
Choose a safe, verifiable location (e.g., coffee shop, bookstore)
Avoid meeting at the venue lot due to cell service and miscommunication risks
Ask the buyer to mark the tickets as received as soon as you deliver the tickets to them for payout eligibility

Eventbrite: edit your order information to put your ticket under someone else’s name and email address
If this is not an option, you may upload a PDF or Barcode Image of the ticket to the message thread on CashorTrade and/or forward the email you received from Eventbrite that contains the tickets to the buyer
