Tickets may often be retrieved at Will Call or the Venue Box Office, depending on the event, venue, and primary ticketing company. This can be helpful if tickets are lost in the mail or do not arrive in time.
Note: If physical tickets were originally distributed, switching to Will Call pick-up will invalidate the original physical tickets and create new ones that will be available at Will Call.
Steps to Arrange Will Call Pickup
Contact the Point of Purchase or Box Office
The original purchaser must set up the Will Call pickup under the buyer’s name
Request Written Confirmation
Ask for confirmation from the primary ticket company or Box Office to serve as Proof of Delivery for the buyer
Prepare Required Documentation
Share any information you receive with the buyer to confirm they will be all set to claim the tickets at Will Call
To claim the tickets, the Box Office may require:
The buyer’s valid ID (matching the name at Will Call)
A photo of the original purchaser’s ID
The original Order Number
Written authorization for the buyer to pick up the tickets
Note: Please confirm directly with the box office what information will be required for the buyer to pick up tickets
Requirements can vary by event, so please be sure the buyer has everything they need before they arrive to ensure they will have no issues
