When do I deliver tickets to a buyer?

After you have accepted a buyer’s request, your tickets must be delivered within 24 hours of the “Ready to Deliver” date selected when creating your listing

• If the tickets are in your possession or the transfer option is available, deliver them immediately after accepting a buyer's request

• If the tickets are under a delayed transfer, transfer them to the buyer as soon as the transfer option becomes available from the primary ticket company

• For physical tickets, ship or deliver them within 24 hours of the listed “Ready to Deliver” date
   

Proof of Delivery

Sellers may be required to provide proof of transfer/shipment/delivery within 24 hours of the “Ready to Deliver” date to be eligible for payout.

Note: If tickets are not delivered within this timeframe, the buyer may request a refund, and the sale will be considered a Dropped Sale.
