Accepted Proof of Delivery
Digital Tickets
Transfer email confirmation from the primary ticket company showing:
The delivery date
The email address tickets were sent to
Note: Screenshots will NOT be accepted as official proof of delivery.
PDF, QR Code, or Barcode Tickets
Uploaded directly to the message thread on CashorTrade
An email sent to the buyer that contains the tickets
Physical Tickets and Wristbands
Valid tracking number showing the package was marked delivered by the agreed date (or in time for the event)
Will Call Tickets
Written confirmation from the event, or primary ticket company, that tickets were issued to will call and available for pickup under the buyer’s name
Meet-In Person Delivery
Ask the buyer to mark the tickets as received immediately after delivering the tickets to them, ideally while you are still together, to avoid any uncertainty.
