Delivery Deadline
Sellers are required to deliver tickets within1 HOUR of accepting a buyer's request when the sale is made on the day of the show, unless the buyer has agreed to a different timeline.
Failure to deliver tickets within this window may result in a Dropped Sale and associated fees
Contact the event or venue to confirm that will-call is an option
You'll need to arrange this in advance and confirm that the buyer’s name will be on the Will Call list
