Meeting in person is a allowed, especially for last-minute sales; however, it does come with some risks, so we recommend planning ahead to make the experience smooth and secure!
Best practices for meeting in-person
To avoid common issues, DO NOT meet directly outside the venue or on the lot.
Here’s why:
Cell service can be unreliable due to large crowds
Miscommunication about time or location is common
Deals can fall through if either party finds another option on-site
Instead! Meet at a nearby location with a clear physical address, such as:
Coffee shops
Restaurants
Bookstores
Gas Stations
These locations are easy to find via GPS and make it easier to stay in touch if issues arise.
Payouts & Ticket Delivery
Tickets must be delivered for the seller to receive payment
Ask the buyer to mark the tickets as "received" on CashorTrade as soon as you deliver the tickets to them.
THIS WILL BE YOUR PROOF OF DELIVERY SO YOUR PAYOUT CAN BE PROCESSED
If either party fails to show up, the transaction cannot be completed, and no payout will be issued
Communication Is Key!
