Flagged listings are reviewed by our team to ensure our policies are being followed.
When a listing is suspended, our Fan Support Team will contact the seller via support ticket and email to explain why their listing has been suspended and how they can fix the issue.
Provide proof of purchase: Forward the original receipt from the point of purchase to support@cashortrade.org
Adjust your ticket price if necessary: If your ticket is listed above face value, you will need to create a new listing to list the ticket for sale at face value or less.
Platinum/Premium tickets
Create a new post and toggle “These are official Platinum/Premium tickets” after entering the price of the tickets.
Include an image of your itemized receipt, so buyers can confirm the Platinum ticket status and price
Important Notes About Secondary Market Tickets
If you purchased your tickets on the secondary market (such as Ticketmaster Resale, AXS Resale, StubHub, Vivid Seats, TickPick, etc.), please note:
You may sell those tickets on CashorTrade, but only at face value (the original primary market cost after fees) or less
You may not list them for the amount you paid on the secondary market (meaning you would need to be okay with possibly taking a partial loss)
