It is required that buyers return to CashorTrade to mark tickets as “received” once officially in possession of the tickets they purchased.
👉 If a buyer does not mark the tickets as received, the payout for the sale will automatically be processed to the seller's PayPal account on file 3-5 business days after the event has ended.
Why This Matters
When tickets are marked as received, the seller’s payout will begin to be initiated prior to the event (as long as the payout total is below their Active Transaction Credit Limit, or ATCL).
If tickets are not marked as received, payouts will automatically process 3-5 business days after the event has ended, as long as no issues are reported.
How Payments Work
The buyer's payment method is charged immediately when a seller accepts their request to purchase
The funds for the sale are held in escrow until after the buyer marks the tickets as received
If a buyer does not mark the tickets as received, the payout will automatically be processed to the seller 3-5 business days after the event has ended
What can you do as a seller?
Politely message the buyer in the chat thread and ask that they mark tickets as “received" after you have delivered the tickets
If the buyer fails to do this in a timely manner, sellers are encouraged to note it in their review of the buyer
The option to leave a review will become available after the payout has been processed and the sale is marked as complete
