You may ONLY sell tickets you have purchased and for which you have a valid purchase receipt.
Required Information in Listings
When creating a listing, be sure to include all important details, features, or disclosures as listed on your tickets, such as but not limited to:
The exact section, row, and seat numbers
The primary ticket company (Ticketmaster, AXS, etc)
The correct transfer method (Digital Transfer, PDF, etc)
The date the tickets will be able to be transferred to the buyer
Limited/obstructed view
Wheelchair seating or wheelchair-accessible sections
VIP Tickets
Aisle seating
Parking passes included
Camping passes included
etc.
Selling Tickets Not Yet in Your Possession
You are permitted to list tickets you own but don’t have in hand yet (also called "Not In Hand" or not transferable yet) as long as you are certain you will have them by the date you specify in your listing — the ‘In-Hand Date’. This date marks the start of your delivery window to complete the sale.
Why Accuracy Matters
CashorTrade reserves the right to remove listings, cancel sales, or take other necessary actions if listings are vague, misleading, or inaccurate.
If the tickets provided do not match the listing, sellers may:
Work with the buyer to resolve the issue
Provide replacement tickets that better match the original listing. Both buyer and seller must agree to any replacement tickets.
Note: If a seller cannot provide tickets exactly as described, the sale may be canceled, and the seller will be responsible for a dropped sale fee of up to 150% of the listed price.
