Once a request is accepted, the buyer and seller are locked into the sale and must complete the transaction as outlined in the listing.
What does this mean?
A seller should only accept a request if they are ready and able to deliver the tickets exactly as listed
Once a seller accepts a buyer’s request, the buyer’s credit/debit card is charged, and both parties are committed to completing the transaction
Listing details cannot be changed after a request is accepted
Sellers cannot cancel a sale simply because they no longer wish to sell or made a mistake in pricing
CashorTrade does not offer refunds once a sale has been committed by both parties, even if tickets haven't been delivered yet
Failure to deliver tickets to the buyer exactly as outlined in the listing will result in a dropped sale
The seller may be charged a fee of up to 150% of the ticket cost, and their account may be placed under limitations or at risk of permanent removal
This policy ensures fairness and protection for both buyers and sellers and supports trust in the face-value community.
What if I accidentally sent the wrong tickets?
If the buyer does not receive the tickets exactly as outlined in the seller's listing, this is considered a "dropped sale," and the buyer is entitled to a full refund.
Communicate with the buyer right away to work together toward a resolution
Confirm whether you still have the correct tickets available (the wrong tickets may have been transferred by mistake)
Ask the buyer to transfer the incorrect tickets back to you
Refunds will only be processed after the seller confirms the incorrect tickets are back in their possession
DO NOT issue refunds or request payment outside of CashorTrade, as we are not able to protect these transactions, and your Trader's Protection Guarantee will be void
