Electronic and PDF Transfers
There are several ticketing companies that offer customers the ability to transfer tickets to others: Ticketmaster, AXS, Ticketfly, Flash Seats, 100x Hospitality, EventBrite, and more.
-
If transferable via original ticketing company, select the appropriate company and select whether you are already in possession of the tickets when creating the listing.
By Mail (physical tickets/wristbands)
The shipping option requires that tickets be transferred via USPS with insurance; the tracking number should then be shared with the buyer. The shipping insurance protects the seller in the event of a lost, stollen, or delayed arrival, as the buyer would receive a refund if the tickets are not delivered by the agreed upon date/time.
Physical Transfer
Meeting up in person should be used as a last resort. There is risk involved when delivering tickets through a meet up, as cell service can often be very spotty at the venue. If possible, we recommend meeting up at a nearby coffee shop, restaurant or library to ensure you can remain in contact with each other. Once the tickets are delivered, please return back to CashorTrade to mark the tickets as 'delivered' by the seller and 'received' by the buyer. If for any reason the seller is unable to deliver the tickets, the payout cannot be processed and the buyer is entitled to a refund.
Will call ticket transfers
PLEASE NOTE: for a new buyer to pick up tickets you purchased at Will Call, they may need a photocopy of the ID of the ORIGINAL BUYER, the last 4 digits of the credit card that was used for the original purchase, and a copy of the receipt or order number from the original purchase. If the new buyer is not given this information and is unable to pick up the ticket, the seller will not get paid out.
