CashorTrade will notify both buyers and sellers when an event is canceled or postponed, with further instructions.

When an event is canceled, many primary ticketing companies require up to 30 days to process refunds. CashorTrade follows this timeline to ensure that refunds are being processed accurately, in accordance with the primary ticket company.
Postponed Events
All Sales are Final: All tickets remain valid for postponed events and refunds are not available
As a seller, DO NOT request a refund from the primary ticketing company, to avoid a dropped sale
Sellers must provide valid tickets for the rescheduled date
If the buyer cannot attend the rescheduled date, they remain responsible for the tickets.
Buyers may create a new listing to sell the tickets to another user if they cannot attend the new date
If the seller wants to attend the rescheduled dates, they must purchase new tickets or buy the tickets back from the buyer.
The buyer may create a listing to sell the tickets back to the seller
IMPORTANT: Once a request is accepted and tickets have been transferred, the sale is final. Refunds are not available unless the event is officially canceled.
Canceled Events
All payouts are temporarily placed on hold until the refund policy is announced by the event
CashorTrade follows the refund policy of the primary ticketing company.
Sellers may need to request a refund for physical or mobile tickets if it’s not processed automatically
Sellers may be required to return physical tickets/wristbands to the primary ticketing company.
Buyers should promptly mail/transfer these tickets back to the seller if required.
Refunds are processed for the full ticket cost within 30 days of the cancellation and refund policy announcement.
