As outlined in our Terms of Use, yourCashorTrade account may be suspended due to one of the following reasons:
Violation of Account Rules
Multiple or Shared Accounts: You must maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts, using someone else's, allowing others to use yours, or impersonating another person is strictly prohibited. Such actions void the Trader's Protection guarantee and may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Failure to Maintain Accurate Information: If your personal or payout details (e.g., address, payment method) change and you're not updating them promptly, you could face limitations or even forfeiture of payouts.
Account Verification Issues
Verification Requirements: CashorTrade may request additional account verification if your account is flagged by our security system
This could include submitting a photo of your government-issued ID, credit/debit card (showing only the last 4 digits and your name), or a utility bill.
Failure to comply or incomplete verification can lead to account suspension or termination.
Unauthorized External Payments
Off-platform Payments: Only credit/debit card payments processed through CashorTrade are allowed.
Using PayPal, Venmo, Western Union, cash in person, or any method outside our platform violates our Terms of Use and may result in account suspension or termination.
Chargebacks
If you issue a chargeback/dispute with your bank you will be charged a $25 fee, and your account will be terminated. Please note that you authorized CashorTrade to charge this fee when agreeing to our Terms of Use.
Breaching Listings and Delivery Obligations
Fail to Deliver Tickets: Once a buyer accepts a request, you, as a seller, are contractually bound to deliver the ticket at face value and within the promised timeframe. Failing to deliver as described may result in dropped sale fees, disputes, and account suspension.
Selling Above Face Value: Listing tickets above face value — even after previous activity—is not allowed. This violation may lead to suspension.
Note: Any outstanding balance will need to be settled prior to your account being reinstated.
