CashorTrade utilizes 2-Factor Authentication to log in using your phone number or email address.
Log in with Your Phone Number
Enter your phone number
A verification code will be sent via text
Enter the code to access your profile
Important:
Your phone number must be linked to a valid cellular service plan (not prepaid or VOIP).
Some international phone numbers are not supported. If you receive an error, it’s likely due to these limitations.
Log in with Your Email
As an alternative, you can log in by email:
Enter an email address linked to your profile.
Check your inbox for a login email.
Click the link in the email to access your account.
Updating Your Phone Number
If you have a new phone number that isn’t yet on your profile, use the email login option first.
Once logged in, update your phone number in your Account Settings > Login, Contact, & Security
If you cannot access any email or phone number listed on your profile, you will need to create a new account with your updated contact information.
