Not Receiving Email Notifications

If you are having trouble receiving emails from CashorTrade, follow these steps:
 

1. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

   • Our messages may have been filtered there by mistake

2. Review Notification Settings

   • Make sure your email alerts are turned ON in your Notification Settings

3. Check for Email Filters

   • Check the settings for your email provider to ensure there are no rules or filters that may be blocking or redirecting emails from @cashortrade.org
