It is always stressful when a ticket gets lost, but we are here to HELP! Your seller wants their tickets used, just as bad as you want to go to this event. We all just need to work together!
-
For a Barcode Image or PDF ticket that is sent to you through CashorTrade, go to your chat with the seller and ask for their help! The seller may be able to forward the original email they received (including the ticket), if they haven't already done so. If not, they may be able to call the box office and have the ticket reissued for a will call pickup under your name (restrictions may apply depending on the primary ticketing company).
-
For Ticketmaster transfers, or any other electronic transfer where the order was put in your name, contact the primary ticketing company with your order number. We have found it very helpful for both buyer and seller to have a joint call with the primary ticketing company. This often results in the tickets being sent back to the seller so they can re-initiate the transfer to the buyer.

If the tickets were lost in the mail or doesn't arrive in time before departure for the event. The seller may be able to contact the box office to have the tickets set up for a will call pick up under the buyer's name. That way, once the buyer arrives, they can just stop by the box office to pick up their tickets. The buyer would need to agree to this process, since they agreed to tickets being mailed to them, but if we can all work together we have seen this work out successfully. Restrictions may apply based on the event.
