Requesting Tickets

Submitting a request does not guarantee that you will get the tickets 

The seller must first accept your request for the sale to be locked in. CashorTrade is not first-come, first-served, and sellers get to choose who they want to sell their tickets to.

You will be notified if/when a seller accepts your request.

Once your request is accepted, you and the seller are locked into the sale, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If another listing comes along that works better for you, you can rescind your request and submit one on the new listing as long as your original request has not already been accepted by the seller.
 

Keep in mind:

• Multiple active requests can result in multiple accepted sales

• Once a request is accepted, that sale is locked in and cannot be canceled

• If you end up with more tickets than you need, you may relist the extras for sale to recoup your funds and help get another fan into the show!
   

Payment Process

1. When you submit a request to purchase tickets, a $1 authorization is temporarily processed to verify your card. This authorization typically drops off within a few hours or days, depending on your bank

2. Once the seller accepts your request, your card will be charged the full ticket price plus any credit/debit card processing and platform fees

3. The payment is held in escrow and will not be sent to the seller until after you have marked the tickets as received on CashorTrade
    

Ticket Delivery

After payment is processed, the seller will deliver the tickets using the delivery method they selected when creating their post:

• Barcode Image/PDF Tickets – Can be accessed and downloaded immediately after the seller accepts your request. 

  • **If you are having trouble downloading the PDF file, ask your seller to upload it directly to the CashorTrade chat thread, and/or ask them to email the PDF ticket to you

• Digital Transferred Tickets – Sent via the primary ticketing company. You may need to accept the transfer through the email associated with your primary ticket account

• Physical Tickets/Wristbands – Mailed to you with tracking information provided in the message thread on CashorTrade

• In-Person Transfer - Tickets will be picked up at will call or handed off in person

You will be notified once the seller marks the tickets as delivered. 

Please wait until you have the tickets in your possession before marking them as received on CashorTrade.
