If your card was declined when a seller tried to accept your request, don't worry! You may simply update or add a new card so that you do not miss out on the tickets.
How to update your card for a Request
Click on the "Payment Failed - Action Needed" notification within CashorTrade to pull up the listing
OR go to My Tickets > Requests and select the listing
Scroll down to "Request Details" on the listing
Select "Edit" next to your card information
Select a different card or add a new card
Click "Save Updates"
Message your seller on CashorTrade to let them know that you have updated your card for the request
The seller will be all set to try accepting your request again!
