How to Cancel (Rescind) a Purchase Request

Buyers can only cancel a purchase request before it is accepted by the seller. Once accepted, the sale is final!
 

How to Rescind a Request

1. Go to your Ticket Wallet > My Requests

2. Click on the request you want to cancel

3. Once the listing is open, click the blue “Rescind Request” button

4. Confirm by selecting “Rescind”

   

After rescinding, the request will be removed from your "My Requests" page and your request will no longer be active on the seller's listing.

NOTE: Users are only allowed to submit one request per listing to avoid sellers from being spammed with the same request over and over again. Unfortunately, you will not be able to submit an additional request for the same listing. If the seller creates a new listing, you will be able to submit a request on that new listing.
 

What If the Seller Already Accepted?

• Once the seller accepts your request, the sale is final and both parties are committed to completing the transaction

• If you no longer wish to use the ticket(s) you purchased, you may relist the tickets for sale on CashorTrade to sell them to another fan to recoup your funds
