Once a request is accepted, the buyer and seller are locked into the sale and must complete the sale as outlined in the listing.
What does this mean?
A buyer can only rescind their request before it is accepted by a seller
Once a seller accepts the request, the buyer’s credit/debit card is charged, and both parties are committed to completing the transaction
Listing details cannot be changed after a request is accepted
If a buyer no longer wants the tickets they purchased, they may relist the tickets for sale to recoup their funds and help get another fan into the show
CashorTrade does not offer refunds once a sale has been committed by both parties, even if tickets haven't been delivered yet
This policy ensures fairness and protection for both buyers and sellers and supports trust in the face-value community.
What if the tickets I received are incorrect?
If the buyer does not receive the tickets exactly as outlined in the seller's listing, this would be considered a "dropped sale," and the buyer is entitled to a full refund.
Contact the seller right away to work together toward a resolution
Ask the seller if they have the correct tickets (the wrong tickets may have been transferred by mistake)
Ask the seller for their transfer information so you can transfer the incorrect tickets back to them
Refunds will only be processed after the seller confirms the incorrect tickets are back in their possession
DO NOT issue refunds or request payment outside of CashorTrade, as we are not able to protect these transactions, and your Trader's Protection Guarantee will be void
