As outlined in our Terms of Use, All Sales are Final on CashorTrade. A buyer can only cancel their request prior to the request being accepted. Once a user is in a committed sale (buyer requests to purchase and seller accepts that request), the sale cannot be canceled and both buyer and seller have entered into a contract to fulfill their end of the agreement. You cannot change or cancel any listing details after the request to purchase has been accepted by the seller, which charges the buyer's credit/debit card.
This policy is designed to protect both buyers and sellers throughout a transaction. Users must hold true to their commitments here on CashorTrade. Once the request to purchase has been submitted and the seller has accepted that request, the buyer's card has been charged and the sale is locked in. It is the seller's responsibility to deliver the tickets, and the buyer's responsibility to claim the tickets in order to avoid a 'dropped sale'.
If the tickets are no longer needed or other tickets were also secured by the buyer, the tickets can always be resold in order to recover the money spent on the tickets. A refund is not available once the sale has been committed by both parties. Even if the tickets have not been delivered yet, the buyer can create a 'For Sale' listing and notate that the tickets are NOT 'Read to Transfer' yet to secure a different buyer for the tickets. Once the tickets are transferred, they can then be transferred to the end buyer to complete each sale.
