If your buyer fails to complete the obligation by marking the ticket(s) as received, rest assured payment has been captured and your payout will still initiate, automatically, three (3) business days from the conclusion of the event.
Please know, CashorTrade is one of the only ticket platforms that will pay a sale out prior to the event! Payouts can be initiated Monday - Friday at around 10pm est. (not including bank holidays). Please allow 1-5 business days for the funds to be received in the PayPal account after the payout has been initiated.
Once you accept a buyer's request, their payment method is then charged and the sale is final. Upon buyer marking the ticket(s) as 'received', your payout will begin to initiate based on your Trust Level and Your Active Transaction Credit Limit (ATCL). If your payout is over your ATCL, your payout will begin to initiate three (3) business days after the event has concluded.
If you sold a hotel or travel package, VIP experience, Cloud9 or Playa Luna, 100x package etc. those payouts will begin to process three (3) business days after check-out. This policy is in place to protect both parties involved, there are no exceptions, and this can not be appealed.
Example: if music ends on Sunday in Mexico, and you check out of the resort on Monday your payout would begin to process that Thursday as long (as there were no issues reported with this transaction) and you could see those funds in your PayPal account as early as that Friday or up to five business days from the day the payout initiated, which would be Thursday the following week.
Active Transaction Balance is the sum of all sales, for events that have not occurred yet. A payout prior to the event is considered an interest free loan from CashorTrade!
PAYOUT PROCESS FOR ACCOUNTS WITH AN ACTIVE TRANSACTION CREDIT LIMIT OF $0
If your Active Transaction Credit Limit is $0, you will be paid out 3 days after the event. The payout is automatically processed as long as there are no issues reported with the tickets.
PAYOUT PROCESS FOR ACCOUNTS WITH AN ESTABLISHED ACTIVE TRANSACTION LIMIT of $500, $1000, or $2000:
To increase your Active Transaction Credit Limit, we look at the length of time on the platform and the number of completed successful sales to determine your trust level. Active sales that bring your Active Transaction Balance UNDER your Active Transaction Credit Limit

You will be paid out within 24 hours of the buyer marking the tickets as received.

Active sales that bring your Active Transaction Balance ABOVE your Active Transaction Credit Limit

You will be paid out 3 days after the event or once your Active Transaction Balance falls below your Active Transaction Credit Limit, whichever occurs first.
As events happen and your sales move update to "Completed", your Active Transaction Balance will decrease, to free up more credit for other sales to be paid out prior to the event.
Any payout is subject to further review and may be held until 3 days after the event, depending on ticket type, transfer agreement, and/or event policy. Additional delays may apply if an event is cancelled or postponed. Our payment processor may request identity verification prior to such payouts, where a user could be asked to provide the following:

A photo of the credit card front and back

Email confirmation of the original receipt showing the buyer's name and last four digits of the card used in the purchase
