The new and improved Trades feature allows fans to exchange tickets safely and will now ensure both users are fully covered by our Trader's Protection Guarantee!
Trades are currently available on Cashortrade for Gold members only. Access will be expanded to all users soon.
All trades follow CashorTrade’s standard escrow, delivery, and payout process to ensure both traders are fully protected.
Before creating or requesting a trade, please note:
Trades are currently available to Gold members only
Both users are now required to send payment to each other to protect the trade.
-Think of it as your insurance; the amount you send will be the amount of protection you will receive in case there are any issues. We always recommend that both users "sell" their tickets to each other at the ticket's face value price
All trades must be 1:1 or 2:1 + the price difference
All trade requests begin as Uncommitted, allowing both users to communicate before finalizing, and collecting payments
CashorTrade holds the funds from the trade in escrow and will initiate the payout based on each user's Trust Level and ATCL
If a payout is below the user's ATCL, the payout will begin to process 3-5 business days after the tickets are marked as received
If a payout exceeds the user's ATCL, it will begin to process 3-5 business days after the event has ended
If a user does not mark tickets as received, the payout will begin to process 3-5 business days after the event has ended
NOTE: For all hotel, travel packages, VIP experiences, Cloud9, Playa Luna, 100x packages, or other high-risk events, all payouts will be held in escrow until 3-5 business days after check-out. Payouts are processed Monday–Friday around 10pm EST (excluding bank holidays). Please allow 1–5 business days for funds to appear in your PayPal account after the payout has been initiated.
Trades on CashorTrade now offer the same protections as any transaction.
By "selling" your tickets to each other, both traders remain covered by our Trader's Protection Guarantee!
