A flag is a notification sent to our Fan Support Team indicating that a user has reported a listing that may not meet CashorTrade’s policies. Once a listing is flagged, it will be reviewed by our team and may be removed if it is found to violate our listing policies.
If tickets are listed above face value, the seller must provide a valid receipt to confirm the face value price before they can list the tickets again.
Common Reasons Listings Are Flagged
Tickets are listed above face value
Offensive posts or content
Attempts to use outside processing instead of CashorTrade’s platform
Ticket hoarding or bulk listing without intent to sell
The listing is not offering a ticket for sale
CashorTrade is a member-monitored community, and flagging helps keep our marketplace safe and fair for everyone.
How to Flag
Open the listing in question
Scroll to the bottom of the listing
Select "Report this Listing"
Select the reason for the flag
