Managing Alerts & Notifications

Stay up to date with your transactions by managing your Email and Push Notification settings.

To create a Ticket Alert:

1. Search for the event you’re interested in and toggle “Notify Me”

2. Or go to your Ticket Wallet > Ticket Alerts > Create Alert to build a custom alert

3. Select:

   • Artist or festival

   • Specific event

   • Ticket quantity

   • Seating type (Reserved or General Admission)

   • Sections or features (e.g., PIT, Floor, VIP)

4. Click Save Alert. The alert will appear on your Ticket Alerts page
    

Editing or Deleting Alerts:

1. Go to Ticket Wallet > Ticket Alerts

2. Select the alert to edit criteria or delete

Deleting an alert removes it entirely, and you will no longer receive notifications for that event

Tip: You can select multiple options; if a new listing matches any of your criteria, you will be alerted

How to Update Your Notification Settings

You can enable or disable notifications at any time:

1. Go to your Account Settings > Notification Types

2. Choose your preferences for Email and Push Notifications
    

Why Notifications Matter

Being responsive is key to a successful transaction and building trust within the community.

Notifications help you stay informed when:

• A buyer or seller sends you a message

• A purchase request is submitted or accepted

• Tickets are delivered or received

• Tickets are posted that match an alert you have set

If you’ve turned off notifications, you won’t be notified about new alerts or important updates, which could delay your transaction.

For the fastest updates, keep Push Notifications turned on through the CashorTrade app and make sure your phone allows notifications from the app in your device settings.
