Manage Ticket Alerts

CashorTrade’s customized ticket alerts increase your chances of scoring tickets by notifying you when any tickets are posted that match your specific preferences.
 

How to Create an Alert

From the event page:

1. Search the artist or Festival you would like to set an alert for

2. Select the event date

3. Select "Set Alerts" if there are no tickets listed yet, or toggle "Notify Me" at the top of the event page

   

4. Choose your preferences:

   • Ticket quantity

   • Seating type (Reserved Seating or General Admission)

   • Features and Disclosures (VIP, Aisle Seat, etc.)

5. Click Save Alert. Your alert will now appear on your Ticket Alerts page in your Ticket Wallet
    

From your Ticket Wallet:

1. Go to Ticket Wallet → Ticket Alerts → Create Alert

   

2. Select the Artist or Festival you’re interested in

3. Select the specific event date

4. Choose your preferences

   • Ticket quantity

   • Seating type (Reserved Seating or General Admission)

   • Features and Disclosures (VIP, Aisle Seat, etc.)

5. Click Save Alert. Your alert will now appear on your Ticket Alerts page in your Ticket Wallet

Editing or Deleting Alerts

• Go to your Ticket Wallet > Ticket Alerts

• Select the alert to edit the criteria or delete

  

• Deleting an alert removes it entirely, and you will no longer receive notifications for that event
   

Note: Gold Members will be notified immediately when tickets are posted that match their alert. Non-Gold Members will be notified 10 minutes after a listing has been active if the tickets have not yet been sold.
