Non-Gold Members must wait until a listing has been active for 10 minutes before being able to submit a request
Platform Fee Waiver: Gold Members process all transactions at cost and do not have to pay the 10% Platform Fee.
Note: ALL purchases on CashorTrade include a 3% card processing fee, even for Gold Members
Purchases greater than $2,500 include a 5% fee (not to exceed $250) for both Gold Members

Note: All Gold Membership subscriptions are auto-renewing. If you do not want to be charged for the renewal of your Membership, you can cancel at any time. Your Membership will still be active until the expiration date.
How to manage your Membership
You can cancel your membership at any time. By cancelling the membership, it will not auto-renew once the term has ended. The membership will remain active until the current term has concluded. To cancel, visit Account Settings > Membership > "Cancel Membership"
Not happy with the Gold Membership?
As long as you have not used the benefits of the Gold Membership to list, sell, trade, request, or purchase tickets within 30 days of the auto-renewal date, you may reach out to our Fan Support Team to request a full refund and cancel your Membership.
