The Buyer will be entitled to a refund (less fees) if the tickets are lost in transit, damaged and contents removed, or not marked as 'delivered' by the carrier by the beginning of the event or buyer's departure for the event (if previously agreed upon).
Physical tickets/wristbands need to be delivered at least one day prior to the event or an agreed upon date/time in the case the buyer is departing early for the event to avoid a 'Dropped Sale'. Tickets that are marked as delivered by the carrier will be considered delivered by CashorTrade. Evidence of the mailing address may be requested to confirm where the shipment was mailed to, so please take a picture of the shipping label prior to mailing the package.
Sellers are required to take a clear photo of each barcode or wristband ID and upload it to the message thread prior to shipping. Barcode photos can be used to scan and gain entry upon arrival as a backup and the wristband ID could be used in order to have that wristband re-issued to be picked up at the will call office upon arrival.
We recommend ALWAYS purchasing carrier insurance in case the tickets/wristbands don't make it. A claim may be filed with the shipping carrier by the seller, if the shipment does not arrive when estimated and insurance was added to the shipment.
