Ask the seller to cancel the original transfer and try again to ensure there are no typos in the email they used for the transfer
Confirm with the seller that your email address matches the email address on file for your Ticketmaster account
Share your phone number in the chat thread on CashorTrade and ask the seller to use this for the transfer through the Ticketmaster App instead of your email address
Make sure both you and the seller have the Ticketmaster App installed to transfer using a phone number. Phone number transfers are only available through the Ticketmaster App (not website)
