The Grateful Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria outlined on each separate giveaway page. Automated bots or programs are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Giveaway Period
Each Giveaway will run for a specified period as indicated on the respective giveaway page. Entries must be submitted within the designated timeframe to be considered.
Winner Selection & Notification
Winner(s) will be selected in accordance with the procedures specified on the giveaway page. Selected winner(s) will be notified via the phone number listed on their CashorTrade profile. Winner(s) will have a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours to respond to the notification. If a winner does not respond within the given timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Claim & Restrictions
Winners must claim their prize by confirming their information and providing valid identification within at least twenty-four (24) hours of notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be chosen. Prizes may not be sold, exchanged for goods, transferred, or assigned unless explicitly authorized in writing by CashorTrade, Inc.
Publicity & Use of Entries
By entering the Giveaway, entrants grant CashorTrade, Inc. permission to use their name, photograph, likeness, voice, city, state, and testimonials in any media, now known or developed in the future, for promotional and marketing purposes related to this or any other Giveaway or promotion, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Sharing of Data with Partners
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants acknowledge and agree that their information, including but not limited to name, contact details, and other necessary data, may be shared with third-party partners involved in fulfilling the Giveaway deliverables. Such data sharing will be limited to the extent required to ensure the proper administration and execution of the Giveaway.
Liability & Indemnification
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless CashorTrade, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, "Promoters") from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from or related to the Giveaway, including but not limited to participation, entry submission, and acceptance or use of the prize.
Entrants further agree to indemnify Promoters from any third-party claims, damages, losses, or injuries resulting from their participation in the Giveaway.
Technical & Administrative Issues
Promoters are not responsible for:
Lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, or incomplete entries;
Technical malfunctions, including but not limited to issues with telephone networks, computer systems, servers, or software;
Unauthorized human or electronic intervention that affects the administration, security, or fairness of the Giveaway.
If technical difficulties or other unforeseen circumstances compromise the integrity of the Giveaway, CashorTrade, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at its sole discretion.
Compliance with Laws
The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the receipt of prizes.
No Affiliation with Social Media Platforms
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, or any other social media platform. Any information collected during the Giveaway is provided solely to CashorTrade, Inc. and not to Facebook, Twitter, or any other third party. Participation constitutes a full release of Facebook and Twitter by each entrant.
Amendments & Discretion
CashorTrade, Inc. reserves the right to modify these rules at any time, provided reasonable notice is given. Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with the Giveaway will be disqualified and may be subject to legal action.
