Exchanging money outside of CashorTrade is prohibited!

Off-platform transactions (Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, etc.) put both buyers and sellers at risk. CashorTrade cannot protect these transactions. 
 

This may result in double payment/refund, as payments and refunds will be processed directly through CashorTrade. Any user who attempts to send or request payments outside of CashorTrade will be subject to account restrictions or permanent removal from the platform.

Refunds on CashorTrade

• If CashorTrade has already paid the seller via PayPal, we will charge the seller’s card on file to send the funds back to the buyer

• Do not attempt to process refunds directly with one another off-platform. 

  • Our Trader's Protection Guarantee only covers payments made through CashorTrade

• If an off-platform payment has already been made, the refund must still be processed on CashorTrade. Any off-platform payments will need to be resolved independently between buyer and seller

Using the platform for all payments ensures protection for both parties and guarantees proper handling of refunds.
