How to Transfer DICE Tickets
To transfer tickets purchased through DICE, follow these steps as outlined on the DICE Help Center: How to send tickets to a friend
Open the DICE app. Tap the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen.
Select the event.
Press Send ticket to a friend.

Select the person you’d like to transfer to from your phone’s contact list
Note: You may need to add your buyer's contact info to your phone contacts to complete the transfer process
Then, choose the number of tickets you’d like to transfer, and press Send ticket.
Note: The buyer will need to have a DICE account in order to access the tickets that have been transferred to them
Mark as Sent on CashorTrade: Once the tickets have been sent, return to CashorTrade to mark them as sent to let the buyer know
Some events do not allow ticket transfers. In these cases, you may provide the buyer with temporary access to your DICE account:
Set a temporary password and remove any payment information and unrelated tickets
Give the buyer access to the relevant tickets only
After the event, change your password back
Important Notes
Check that your tickets can be delivered before accepting a buyer's request on CashorTrade
Once a request is accepted, both buyer and seller enter into a legally binding contract to complete the sale as listed
Failure to deliver tickets after a request is accepted may result in a Dropped Sale and associated fees
