How to Transfer Cloud9 Reservations

Cloud9 makes transferring reservations simple, safe, and secure! 
 

• Both the buyer and any additional guests being added must have a Cloud9 account before the seller submits the transfer request form

• Any remaining balance on the lead guest’s (seller’s) account will transfer to the buyer’s Cloud9 account. Make sure the listed price reflects this

• If the package is already paid in full, the buyer only needs to pay the Cloud9 transfer fee before the reservation is transferred to their name(s)
