Many primary ticket platforms (like Ticketmaster, AXS, etc.) delay ticket transfers until closer to the event date. In most cases, tickets become transferable within 48 hours of the event, sometimes sooner.
Oftentimes, an artist places a transfer delay on their tickets to help prevent them from being scalped prior to the show.
What You Might See:
Tickets may appear non-transferable
The transfer button may be grayed out in the ticketing app
This typically affects all tickets for that specific event
Sellers:
Keep checking your primary ticketing app regularly
Transfer the tickets as soon as the option becomes available
You will not be paid out until the tickets are successfully transferred to the buyer, and the buyer has marked the tickets as received on CashorTrade
Keep in touch with the buyer to provide updates
Buyers:
Stay in touch with your seller until you have the tickets in your possession
Be aware that some ticket transfers are simply not possible until the venue or ticketing company unlocks them
