If you are receiving a pop-up when accessing CashorTrade, saying your account is suspended, please get in touch with our Fan Support Team so we can review your profile to check if the limitations can be lifted.
We often need to verify the profile before any limitations can be lifted. When creating a support ticket with our team, please attach the following to ensure a quick resolution:
A selfie of you holding your government issued ID next to your face.
A photo of your card on file (only showing the last 4 digits of the card and the cardholder's name).
Please note: Any outstanding balance will need to be settled prior to account limitations being lifted, including but not limited to canceled/postponed event refunds, dropped sales fees, chargebacks and/or chargeback fees.
