CashorTrade uses phone verification codes to log into your profile. You just enter your phone number and CashorTrade will send a verification code for you to enter and gain access to your profile. As an alternative, you can choose to log in via email. This will send an email to the email address entered (can use any email address added to the profile), which you can go through the link to be logged into your profile.
The phone number on file must be a valid cellular service. It cannot be a pre-paid phone plan or a VOIP. Not all out of country phone numbers are allowed on CashorTrade. If you receive an error message, it is likely due to one of the above limitations.
Please Note: If you have a new phone number that has not yet been added to your profile, please use the "login through email" to access your account and make the necessary updates to your phone number on file.
If you no longer have access to any of the email addresses on your profile or the phone number on your profile, a new account will need to be created with the new email address and phone number.
