All buyers are encouraged to mark tickets as 'received' once the ticket is officially in their possession. This will allow the payout to process to the seller prior to the event if the payout price falls below their Active Transaction Credit Limit (ATCL).
All payments are collected when a request is accepted and are held safely in our Escrow account until the payout can process. If the buyer fails to "mark as received", the payout will automatically send out three days after the event has occurred, if no issues are reported.
Sellers should message their buyer in the thread to request them to mark the tickets as 'received'.
If the buyer does not mark in a timely manner, the seller can and should reflect that in their review.
