Pending
A "Pending" payout status means the buyer's payment has been processed and is safely in the CashorTrade escrow account waiting for all qualifications to be met for the payout to be initiated. All payments take 1-3 days for the payment to settle. Once the payment has settled, the payout can then initiate depending on the seller's Trust Level, the buyer marking the tickets as 'received', and the seller's Active Transaction Credit Limit (ATCL). Please note that any payout that is not marked as 'received' by the buyer, or is above the seller's ATCL will be paid out automatically 3 days after the event if no issues are reported.
Initiated
A payout status of "Initiated" means the payout has been processed and is headed to the seller's PayPal account on file. Please allow 1-5 days for the payout to travel from CashorTrade and show up in the seller's PayPal account.
Successful
A "Successful" payout status means the payout has been successfully pushed to the seller's PayPal account on file and should be available to the seller.
Returned
A "Returned" payout status lets you know that the payout was sent to the seller's PayPal account, but was returned due to the PayPal account being inactive or under certain limitations. If you see this payout status, please log into your PayPal account to ensure it is active and any verification or limitations are cleared. Once the PayPal account is active and cleared of limitations, the payout will automatically initiate again within 30 days, or result in the payout being labeled "Failed".
Failed
A "Failed" payout status means the payout was not successfully sent and has been returned to CashorTrade. If see this payout status, please ensure your PayPal account is in good standing, active and cleared of any limitations. Then, open a support ticket with our Fan Support team so we can re-initiate your payout.
Within PayPal
Pending
A payout from CashorTrade may show as "Pending" in your PayPal before the money is available in your account. This is part of PayPal's transfer process. Please reach out to PayPal to sort out when the founds will be accessible.
Completed
Once the payout from CashorTrade has been sent to the seller's PayPal account and has fully processed it should be available for use or to be deposited to a bank account. This will show as "Completed" in the PayPal account.
