If you need to cancel a sale, All sales are final on CashorTrade, so if the tickets can no longer be used by the buyer, they will need to re-sell the tickets to re-coup the money spent. We know a great place you can do so! By requesting to purchase, and the request being accepted by the seller, both parties have entered into a contract to fulfill the sale as explained in the listing. Things normally work out if users work together!
If you have a ticketing/scan issue and need a refund, please let your seller know and contact our Fan Support Team through a support ticket so we can assist you with the issue. In most cases, if we can all work together, we can resolve the issue! It is vital to provide our team with proper evidence of the ticketing/scan issue, so be sure to go to the box office and have them try scanning the ticket, get a scan report of the specific ticket and a video or photo of the scan gun error.
If you issue a chargeback with your bank before contacting our team, you are damaging the platform and great community of fans within it, it could limit our ability to process a refund internally or assist in resolving the situation, and your account is subject to an additional $25 fee and/or even removal of your account.
