Reviews are an essential part of the CashorTrade community. Both buyers and sellers are all encouraged to review each other based upon their interaction.
Reviews establish selling and purchasing reputations and help build your profile Trust Level. We ask for all reviews to be genuine and accurate to share the experience you had with that particular user in order to give insight to other users that may buyer or sell tickets to them in the future. The more 5-star reviews you get the more likely your request to purchase will be accepted or more likely a buyer would choose your tickets to purchase. Reviews cannot be edited or removed once submitted.
You can see your own reviews from the "My Profile" page. You can see other user's reviews by clicking their profile picture on a listing, taking you to their profile page.
Edit or Remove Reviews
We do not allow reviews to be edited or removed.
We ask all users to be mindful when leaving a review, as they are always final. Take a deep breath and share your experience, as fairly and honestly as possible. The review should reflect the interaction you had with the user, not the platform or the event, as the review will remain on the user's profile.
Note: The number 1 rule of CashorTrade is to be kind! We have a 0 tolerance policy for abusive, hateful, or disrespectful language. Reviews including this type of language can result in limitations set on your profile and even removal.
